port issues

Have any of you had issues w/your port? I am having to go back to surgery to have the port re-attached b/c it has come loose. I am not at all surprised if none of you have, b/c if it can happen it will happen to me!! I have been doing everything my doc has told me to do. I have lost 42 pounds since my surgery date of August 19th, so I am eating correctly. I did not lift my babies for almost 5 weeks after surgery, although I did run the vacuum (ocd issues there) I was careful to not lift or do any strenuous activities during the recovery process. It just sucks b/c now they have to go back in and cut me open again (yes I knew there could be complications, but you never think they will happen to you) Anyway, I just wanted to see if any of you have had the same issue.

Hi! I am so sorry to hear that this has happened to you! I too had Lap-Band but thankfully I did not experience the type of problem that you are having to endure! I will be thinking of you and hoping you have a speedy recovery! Take care of yourself and keep us updated on what happens with you!
