Finally Home!!!!

Hello gang,

Just wanted to let everyone know that we are home.  Got home this afternoon, and I just sat down long enough to post and read all of our sad news.

We are here, have to go back and forth to the hospital every day for 7 days (at least) for wound care.  Not a bad deal, better than being in the hospital.  The blood pressure is semi under control and we are working on the blood sugar.  I can feed him better than they were, hes diabetic and they fed him white rice 3 different times this week, I about flipped!!!

We NEVER eat white rice.  Anyway, thanks for all of your prayers and good thoughts, my aunt came home today as well, she cant drive for 4-6 weeks, but is doing better. 

I hope that we can all pull together and make it thru all of our crises!!! I so wish we were all closer so we could hug and cry and laugh all together.

Mike says thanks for all your thoughts and prayers too, even though hes not a surgery member, he feels like family.

Talk to all ya'll tomorrow,  off to cook a healthy dinner!!!

Glad to hear y'all are home.   Take good care of Mike and yourself. 

By the way, does Mike have a little bell to ring for you when he needs something or should I send one to him?

Yeah, he has a little bell, its called, Hey baby, can you help me!!!!!  I dont leave his side long enough for him to need much.  He is my world. but thanks for the offer.  Hope to finally meet you at support group next week, Mike misses all his buddies!!!
