What's Up - Election Day
If you haven't voted yet, today is the day. I voted last week - three times (just kidding). For those in Pulaski County you can go to Pulaskiclerk.com to check your precinct location and review your ballot before voting.
Today is also the day that the FCC is scheduled to approve the Alltel sale, so I have a lot to look forward to today - NOT.
Remember tp plan your food for today. A long wait to vote can really mess things up if not planned for.
Hope everone has a great day. What new with you?

And no, don't worry about asking! I think its cool that you actually read and responded to my post! I haven't been on here posting in a while so I am getting back in the habit! I've just been so dang busy with work and with getting ready for my cousin's wedding in February! Its hectic!
Anyway, talk to ya later girl! Take care!
Karen
I hear ya on throwing up. I will do anything to keep what I've got down. When I was newly pre-op, I would get that feeling and it would result in me spitting for a good 10 minutes to keep from up chucking. My husband is the exact opposite, if something isn't sitting well, he ralphs. It's no big deal to him. The man is a puker, what can I say.
How is the wedding coming along? Have you found a dress(weren't you looking for one?) I am also trying to get back into the habit of posting for the purpose of being accountable. Not that I've fallen off the deep end, just that writing it down makes me take a look at what I have done for the day.

No, I haven't found a dress yet! Kind of got sidetracked in looking and I am sure glad because now that I have lost some more lbs. I am thinking on a different style dress! Still a very formal wedding so I better start looking soon! I found a couple at Dillard's that I really like so I am keeping them in mind! If you run across anything cute, be sure and let me know! Thanks again! Later!

I highly recommend the sample pack. It's not everything they offer, but it will give you a pretty good idea. The sample packs are on sale right now fo $7.50. I LOVE their cereals. I was always a cereal girl and I love these. Also, when you are testing them out, use your imagination. I think the parmesan chips would be good crushed up and used as the breading on chicken, pork chops or as the crunchies on the top of casseroles.
Let me know if you have any other questions. If you are drinking protein shakes, you will probably LOVE these. I don't think they have that nasty protein taste. Protein shakes lasted about a week for me. After that, it was water until I was on soft foods. Not recommended, but I just couldn't do them!

I just read on the RNY board that you can also buy Kay's Naturals on amazon.com cheaper than you can on the website I gave you. Just wanted to give you a heads up!
