Hope you have a great weekend planned.  Looks like a pretty one.  I am taking a vacation day today to play some golf and then Dian and I will work at the Halloween carnival at our church tonite.

Also went and voted yesterday.  Took almost 2 hours, but probably better than it will be on Tuesday.

My food intake was better yesterday.  Will have to avoid the food at the carnival tonight - even though I'll be serving it to others.

Morning Steve,

So sorry about Dian's dog. We have a 15 yr old German Shorthair Pointer who I worry about daily. As much of a giant pain in the arse he's been all these years, he's still part of the family.

Yesterday was wild and crazy with so much to do. We're still, yes STILL waiting on labels, but have decided to go forward and start getting products into jars and such to be ready when they get here. So....major production starting tonight.
Gary has to work from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.   Seems the probationers tend to get into mischief on Halloween. So, since I'll be alone I've decided to keep the lights out and not answer the door.  Hope the house doesn't get egged or anything!

Eating yesterday wasn't really in the plan, but I did okay.

Working tonight but the bright side is that they have planned all of the trick-or-treating for during the day at the hospital.  Wanted to make some popcorn balls for the kids but we are not allowed to bring in homemade things for them (they told me I could make them anyway and the staff could have them, lol).

Steve! Your avatar! Did you see it? WTG man, looking good! I'm going to have to check out your website so that I can be in on the buzz around this joint. Carnival food? You'd probably have to tape my mouth shut. Oh and can someone please ban candy from Halloween? Get the dang tootsie rolls away from me!

I can't remember what all I ate yesterday, but I know that we went to Logan's for a fellow employee's wedding shower and I got a steak with grilled vegetable skewer and a house salad. I ate this for lunch and dinner and still didn't eat all of the steak. That's a plus! I'm pretty sure I had protein cereal for breakfast...see I can remember! Oh yea....I've been so blasted busy every.single.day that I haven't had time to be a Snacky McSnackerson because I'm bored...lol. On the flip side, I haven't been getting as much sleep either so I need to work on that. Don't want to add the pounds because of my sleeping habits!

Yea!  Friday!!!!!!  My students are wound up today,  just as I expected!  We are having a fun day though...

I don't usually participate in this because my memory is so bad I can barely remember what I ate for breakfast, much less yesterday!  I think I'm having a breakthrough though and can actually remember! I have no idea about the calories though....

In case I forgot to mention, I just had a fill a few days ago and it is SUPER tight. Not able to eat much at all but I'm not complaining because thats what I want! LOL
