Good morning! Here'e the total for yesterday. Still trying to get a handle on eating just because. I don't get hungry so why do I continue to snack when I get home at midnight? I'm working on it though.

Well, life here is far from normal!!! I am still working on building this organization, hunting office space, and working from my car and my desk at home.
Today, I had to put my aunt in the hospital. She is widowed, her daughter doesnt see after her, so it seems that lately, she is mine. Got her admitted, took care of her 120 pound english mastiff, (which she has so graciously given to me, and I dont want her) then came home to do my stuff at home.
My food intake is getting better, not snacking all the time now, trying to focus on 3 meals a day and my vitamins and fluids.
Wake up--Coffee
Breakfast-2 med fried eggs, one slice of whole grain toast
Lunch--Pork skins while driving my aunt to the doc and hospital
Dinner-4 bites of homemade spaghetti (that didnt stay down)
Dinner # 2-Protein shake
Lots of crystal lite and tea. Working on getting a few pounds back off that I gained while working w/Cinderella!!!!! I guess that makes me the wicked step sister!!!!!

My sister has an English Mastiff. her name is Tink as in Tinkerbell...lol. She's a big dog, but she's sweet. her and my 90 pound lug like to play pretty hard.
