What's up - Weekend edition
Not on the bench yet.
Still a waiting game.
I am noticing that I am eating more and more and more though.
I haven't been exercising like I should either.
Maybe I can get with it a bit next week.
Got to get the hubby exercising and eating better. He is borderline diabetic now
and we need to get him going. I don't think he wants to though. Sigh.
Doing house cleaning--at least some. It counts for activity, right?

Weekend good!!! Yesterday I went and worked in ElDorado w/my new boss and got some more supplies and discussed office space.
This morning we went to Pine Bluff to see a friend and just hang out. He is working on our truck that got run over a year ago. It looks wonderful, just gotta put the finishing touches on it. He let me sand on it a while. If I lived closer, Id prolly help him alot. I may be a woman, but I love to work with my hands outside and stuff.
Yesterdays food still not grand, but better. At least I got most of my protein in.
Wake up-Coffee
Breakfast-3 small eggs and 1 slice of toasted wheat bread, over the course of an hour FYI cold eggs NOT GOOD lol
Lunch-5-6 bites of chicken breast and 2-3 bites of fried rice Lunch w/the boss
Dinner-3 small eggs and 1 slice of wheat bread toasted
Im on an egg kick, and these eggs are REALLY small, wonder sometimes if they might be jaybird eggs, they are tiny tiny!!! Im trying to boost my protein, so I started the eggs.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, I am going to be lazy tomorrow after church.
I guess I'll go ahead and post todays food as well.
Breakfast-2 eggs and 1 slice of whole wheat toast
Lunch-Cheesy beef and rice burrito minus the rice from Taco Bell
Dinner-3 or 4 oz of beef steak and some carrots
Before bed, I'll prolly have a cup of S/F hot choc w/soy milk and protein powder.
