Good Morning
Its a beautiful and cool morning.  Since things are so slow at work, i am going to take a vacation day and take my daughter to Hot Springs Village to play golf today.  Dian is getting ready for a garage sale tomorrow, so it is a good idea for Stephanie and I to get out of the way and let her do her thing today.
Looks like we have lots of conflicts with our effort for a coffee get-together (see separate post) this weekend so let's just cancel it and try again later.

Hey Steve,

Bummer about the GTG, maybe soon though. 

Yesterday was not good as far as eating. Waaaaaay off my normal routine.   I won't even post it, not that it was THAT bad, but we went to a fund raiser for Special Olympics and "dinner" was hors d'oeuvers. Everything was very good, but how do you count one meatball or one of those pinwheel sandwich thingy????  Gary took the day off and we had gone out to breakfast too, so that wasn't part of the standard routine either.   Oh well, as busy as I'm going to be at work the next couple of days it will all balance out.

Sounds like you and DD will have fun, and you're so smart to just get out of Dian's way so she can get ready for the sale tomorrow. Good luck on that...... You're a braver family than we are!

It is a beautiful morning!  I am really tired today.  Long nights at work, lol.  It's Friday though.  I decided to walk right away so I wouldn't whimp out later in the morning.  It was really a good walk.  The pecans are opening up.  I think one good frost and we'll be picking the up like crazy.  Here's yesterdays calorie count.  I've finally started losing again.  Could have had more protein.  I'll work on that today.

I feel like crap today and it is getting worse.  I called in sick the last 1/2 of today & really don't feel like going to my son's game tonight.  I'm sure I will go through because I've never missed one.  I'll just be sitting there trying not to be miserable the whole time.  Wish me luck.
