Steve, what program do you use to track your food and c&p it here??

Fortunately, no new disasters have sprung up since yesterday, LOL.  I reminded my hubby several times how much worse things could be -- his severance package really is quite generous considering he'd only been there a year!  We chatted a bit last night and are trying to look on the bright side of things.  Neither one of us are big change-seekers, so this may turn out to be one of those kismet/fate/God-incidences that happens for the best.

Here's what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
Yogurt

Lunch:
Salad with a little turkey & cheese

Snack (evening):
salad

Dinner:
Most of a chicken wrap
milk

Total calories for the day were ~900.

I use myfitnesspal.com.  It's free and works well for me. You can personalize it to your desired calorie level and percentage goals for fats, carbs and protein.   I use it as much to plan what I will eat as to track what I have eaten.
