I am eating solids now what
Unfortunately, you just wait it out. It really sounds like you are doing everything right! Just keep on exercising, drinking your water, and making good food choices, and the weight will come off. If it helps, once I started solids, my weight loss slowed down, too... I think that's just the way it works. :)
I agree with Wendy. Just keep doing what you are and it will come off. Your body is going througha lot of adjustments and the weight loss won't always seem logical. Fluid fluctuations make a big difference - just a quart of water is two pounds and your water levels will fluctuate from time to time, so you may even see a weight gain from one day to the next. That doesn't mean you actually gained body weight - just fluids. At your stage, I mght go one, or even a few days with no weight loss on the scales and then get up one morning and see the scales drop several pounds. Don't worry too much about short term fluctuations. As long as you stick to your eating and exercise plan, the weight will come off over time. The farther out you get, the more it seems to fluctuate, but if you look at the trends, you will see that it continues to go down as long as you keep doing the right stuff.
Hang in there and enjoy the ride.

Hi! Glad to see that you have made it to solids! Its only uphill from here! Unfortunately, everyone so far is right. I lost 29 lbs the first two weeks after surgery and then it slowed a lil bit. It will pick up again, you just have to give it time! The only suggestion that I have at this point is to make sure that the solids that you are eating are healthy choices. Eat your proteins first....this is the one thing that will speed up your weight loss! Take care and keep us updated on how you are doing!

I am hoping that everyone is right. I make sure I eat all my protein first. I am just confused on how much I should eat. I am afraid that I am going to eat to much and hurt my new pouch. I dont get the full feeling yet. I am only eating around 600 cals a day and I could eat more but I am afraid to. I am going to talk to the nurse when I get my fill and see if I'm not eating enough or whats going on. I am not starving when Im done eating but I feel like I could eat more. I didnt no this was going to be so hard to figure out. Maybe everything will work out I just dont want another failure on my belt this on cost to much.
