Good morning Arkansas friends,
Well, the weekend is over and its back to work for me today.   Weekends are entirely too short!  Looks like a pretty average week for me this week.  Nothing out of the ordinary.   Had a pretty good weekend - didn't do anything special.  Hope all of you had a great one.
For the LR area folks, this week is the support group meeting at BMC on Thursday.  I am planning to attend - hope to see you there.

What are you eating - good stuff I hope - and what's up with you today?

Looking forward to seeing both of you and more at the meeting.  I just love going to them it seems it helps me to spend that time with people who are going threw what I am and being able to talk to someone who has been there or is there.
Not much going on today for me called the doctors office to see what I can take for the cold and was told I can take any thing I want as long as it does not have asprin or Ibuprofen in it.  So went and got me some Tylonal cold tablets hope they help.  This cold is kicking my butt.
My system is not in the best of shape right now with two major surgeries in less than 3 months.
Needless to say my eats have not been all that great either these last couple of days.  Mostly been dranking tea and water.  Seems my lil pouchy does not want any food in it right now.  Been trying to eat some broth and jello so far been staying down but pouchy is not feeling very good.
Hope the rest of you are having an awsome day.
Huggers,
Jan

Well, yesterday was wonderful.  Friend of ours from the barn called yesterday morning and wanted to go eat breakfast, then we went to the barn and Mike cooked a huge pot of brown beans w/onions and bell pepper and deer hamburger in them.  Cowboy, our trainer had a huge pan of cornbread and we had lots of u/s tea and kool aid.  Came home and was in bed by 8, felt great to go to bed early, but my body woke up at 2:30 this morning, ready to rock and roll.

Yesterdays food was great!!! Tasted that way, anyway!!!

Wake up-Coffee
Breakfast-1 egg scrambled, 2 strips of bacon and 2 bites of hashbrowns
Lunch-Beans w/meat and small bit of cornbread under my beans (Gosh that was soooo good)
Supper-More beans, no cornbread
Snack-100 calorie bag kettle corn pop corn
U/S tea and kool aid

Dont really like kettle corn, but picked up the wrong box at Wal Mart and had popped the first bag b4 I realized it.  But I must say, the Beans were the Bomb!!!   Hope everyone had a good Monday!!
