Hey gang.  Susan is swamped with stuff so I agreed to put up our daily post for a while.  Let's all respond to keep each up to date on what's happening (good, bad or otherwise) and to track our food for those who like public accountability.  If you don't want to post your eats, just post an update on what else is going on in your journey.   I know I find these posts helpful in many ways both directly and indirectly.  Ya never know who benefits from seeing what good things others are experiencing or from seeing that others share some of the same daily struggles that go along with our new lives.   No judgements here so feel free to share what's good and what's not so good.  Hope everyone has a great Friday.  Looks like another pretty weekend.  I am finally kicking this silly cold and returning to the living and I took a vacation day today so I am going to spend some time outside enjoying the day.  Here's yesterday's eats.   What's happening in your world?

I hate posting on these because I can't remember what I ate yesterday! I know that sounds pathetic, but food really isn't THAT important anymore...lol. If it was today's menu then I could give it a go. I'll try to remember what I ate yesterday.
Johnny and I are going to be up bright and early in the morning. We're headed to Winslow to go bow hunting so wish me luck! I would like to get a doe with a bow so that we can go ahead and get some meat in the freezer. My bow didn't come in until Wednesday, but when I was practicing I ended up ruining an arrow because I shot one through the end of the other! I'm surprised I could get through the back door my head was so big!

Breakfast: Yoplait yogurt of some kind I do believe
Lunch: Bean Burrito
Snack: 1/2 leftover mini bag of popcorn
Dinner: Pork Roast with Potatoes and Carrots(this was to die for!)
Snack: NSA Chunky Cappuccino something or another Ice Cream from Braum's and a few bites of the cantaloupe I was cutting!

All supplements were done since I rock those throughout the week...weekend is another story.
I have no clue exactly how much I drank, but it was a good amount.

Good luck with the new bow tomorrow.  Hope you bag one early.

Thanks for posting.

PS -  remember not to gloat too much if you get one and Johnny doesn't.

Yea right Steve!!!! If I get one and he doesn't....poor poor man. He's never shot a deer with a bow so that would rock since he knows all things hunting and I'm still learning...lol. However, if I do get one, it will be partially credited to him since he set me up an awesome spot.

O.K.  this was really bad.  I went way over today.  Bad food choices.  I couldn't find the hot and spicy soup without the noodles though.  I didn't have them, just the soup part.  I need a kick in the butt.  We ate Chinese celebrating our 32nd anniversary.  Got to get out of the habit of celebrating with food.

I am with you on the celebrating with food deal.   Our society teaches us that food is the way to celebrate things.  I keep pushing back when my family wants to celebrate with food.  I've learned that there are better ways to celebrate things.

I've been busy all week and haven't had much time to post as much as I want.  But hopefully I'll catch up on my extra-curricular activities this weekend.  I plan to sleep super late tomorrow just because I can.  I took a nap this afternoon - but I'm still exhausted.  I've got to get my sleep schedule worked out where I can go to bed earlier since I'm having to get up so early lately.

My intake for yesterday looked like this...
