Day 3 of shakes down...
I don't think I did as well today. I am pretty sure I got all of my water in. I am only getting four shakes not five. Today I did broth instead of the 4th shake. The only fruit I have had is a couple of grapes each night. I haven't put any in my shakes yet. I have done pickles though and I know they are no calories and no fat but the sodium is so high in them and the broth.
BUT
I did lose 9 pounts already. So that keeps me going. I have been walking at the gym every morning. I finally got in 60 minutes today. I walked off 360 calories. I am going to have to stop my Aleve soon and my knees will be killing me so I hope I can get it up.
Only 12 more days!

What about Ultram? It doesn't have any NSAID's in it and it works pretty well on joint pain. Might ask your doc about it. The generic name is Trammadol. It was changed to a controlled drug a while back but it doesn't make you drowsy or anything. I used to take it 2-3 times a day prior to my surgery. I'm allergic to aspirin so I can't take any anti-inflammatories and the Ultram did the job for me when I needed it. Way to go with the shakes. You are doing an awsome job.

I just got home from the gym, and I am excited. Today was my 11th day at the gym and I did 60 minutes on the treadmill and went 2.62 miles and burned 369 calories! I can't believe how far I have come in just 11 days there.
