what are you eating and what's eating you?
Morning everyone!
Yesterday was a busy day off. I thought it would be an easy-hang-in the comfies kind of day, but it didn't end up to be that way at all. We had some final things to do with the Walk, so met for dinner at Buffalo Grill. Had a nice visit with the other committee members, but the food was only OK. I ran so much that my eating was only so-so.
Here it is:

mini bagel, ff cream cheese 2 slices deli turkey
latte
1 slice double fiber bread w/ leftover barbcue chicken
1/2 oz cashews
2 Dove promises
Grilled chicken salad
popcorn
Cals: 1190 fat: 46 Carb: 114 Pro: 98

Morning All,
That darned headcold that my wife and daughter had last week is what's eating me this week. I hate to be sick. Thought I had managed to avoid it, but alas it finally caught up to me. Oh well, at least it is just a cold and nothing that really matters in the long run. i don't feel like eating much (due to the cold) but am making every effort to get in the appropriate stuff. Doing pretty good, but working hard to get it all in. Hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Yesterday was kind of blah. Had several errands to run after work, things like that. And then I had to give my 8yo son a haircut (he likes it buzzed). I finally got to slow down around 730.
Breakfast:
I think I didn't eat. :(
Lunch:
~1 c beef & veggie soup
Snack:
2 pieces sf chocolate
Dinner:
1/2 c grilled chicken salad w/cheese and some croutons, didn't stay down. :(
Then I had some more croutons.
Not my best day, but today is looking better! For starters, I've already eaten breakfast AND I even woke up early to exercise!!!! So I'm holding out some hope for an improved rest-of-the-week.

Yesterday was my day off. I was busier than I am when I go to work! Finally finished cleaning out my office here at home. My Daddy has been gone for 6 years (last Saturday). Finally, I got all his things cleaned out and new blinds, curtians and now a fresh coat of paint! Drug my Max4 camo out of the shop that I got for Christmas almost 2 years ago and started applying it to my golf cart! OMG it is absolutely beautiful so far, minus the flaws and accidents. I told DH it just gives it "Character".
My eating was just so-so. You would think that being 17 months out I could eat more but I am still below 1 cup at a time and usally just 1/2 cup at a time.
Non fat s/f latte w/ whip
lots & lots of u/s tea
7-10 bites of salad w/ ranch
2 bites sweet potato and couple bites of tenderloin steak
s/f ice cream
most of my vitimins and 1 protein bullet
Today is looking better...sorda
