Okay.....here we go again!!
You've all had a break, eventhough Wendy and Rhonda started the thread not many people responded. So,....I'm back and looking for ACTION!!!!! I know you're all eating, at least SIPPING something, so let's hear how you're doing
Yesterday I was very busy finalizing the Walk stuff and working on the budget for my new business. Scary times to be starting up a new venture, but my DIL and I are determined. More on that later down the line.
Anyway, here's my Monday. Pretty good considering I was so busy.

yogurt w/ LF granola and 1/2 banana
1/2 banana
Del Monte Chicken Caccatori

Chinese chicken and snow peas w/ "fried" brown rice
2 SBD tide me overs( 20 oz ea) plus 32 oz iced tea
Smart Pop mini bag of popcorn
1435 cals fat: 42.8 (26%) carbs: 192 (48%) pro: 92(26%)

Well, glad you are back!!!! I know you have been busy and Im glad you have joined us again.
Yesterday was a MONDAY all day long, well, at least until 5. Boss was crazy, tons of work to do b/c I was out most of last week and then our second phone line went out at work, and most of the things on my to do list start w/call...... So by yesterday afternoon, you can say we were all on edge, b/c 3 people in one office and only one phone line gets difficult. Anyway, today is a new day and we will pray its better.
Eating was ok yesterday, since I am dieting again, gotta lose 25, Im not doing any inbetween meal eating, and that is such a habit to break. Habit eating will get ya!!
Breakfast-None, got to work and was gonna make my oatmeal, and just got busy and forgot.
But drank several cups of coffee.
Lunch-Grilled chicken and black bean wrap on a sun dried tomato tortilla
On the way home from work-Diet Dr. Pepper
Dinner-Topping off of 2 slices of pizza and a large bowl of bell pepper, cucumber and tomato salad.
After dinner-Lots of SF watermelon cherry koolaid.
Did some sit ups, was gonna walk but the horseflys are horrible again, will be so glad when they go back wherever they came from!!!
