What are you eating and whats eating you Friday edition

Well, Im back for a while, got it going better.  The tonsilitis is better, the kidney stones are seemingly gone, so Im good.  Kinda mixed emotions this morning, (Sat) as we have sold one of our doberman kids.  The younger one, whom I will post pics of later was being a major nuisance lately, tearing up trash, going backwards in housebreaking and such, so we decided to sell him, to do him a favor and us too.  Other than that, Im good.

I have gotten my eating better, and realize it is all about going back to the basics.  So here is my yesterday.

Wake up-Coffee x's 3 cups

Breakfast-1 package of blueberries and cream oatmeal

2 bottles of water

Lunch-Grilled chicken sandwich from Mc Donalds minus bottom bun, and mayo only

Diet Coke (they had NO unsweet tea in the freaking restaurant, why I hate eating on the road, but was on my way to court for the job)

On the way home from work around 5:30
1 pack of peanut butter crackers
1 bottle of water

Dinner-1 bite of grilled bratwurst, steamed cob of corn and 1/2 cup of chopeed tomatoes, bell pepper and cucumber w/fat free italian dressing

Snack-S/F banana nut cake (it was my birthday, so I had a small piece) 

After tallying my calories, I realized I didnt even get 800 calories all day, so now I need to get my old meal plans out and get it together.

My husband and I took the kids to the football game last night.  My daughter had to cheer because this was the game the mini-cheerleaders did their half-time routine.  It was great.  She cheering SO much.  My son had to play in the band.  It was a fun game though.  We actually won this one.
 
If anybody likes hot chocolate and has to go to these nighttime games where it can get cold (and want something to keep you warm) - Swiss Miss makes a "diet" hot cocoa called "Sweet Sensations" I think.  It was good and only has 25 calories, 0 fat, 4 carbs (only 2 of which are sugar) and 2 grams protein per packet.  It worked for me last night - so just thought I'd mention it.
