Hi Guys,

So sorry I didn't get this done over the weekend. Busy day at work on Sat, then the storm had me all nervous.  Sunday, just a LOT of stuff to do, mostly getting ready for the Walk this next Saturday. Sure hope it's all going to be worth it!!!

Anyway, here are the past two days:

Sat:

latte x 2

1/2 PB&J

Del Monte Chili

3 oz steak, Near East Whole Grain Medley, corn

Sunday:

Latte x 2

1 egg, 1 sausage patty 1/2 piece ww toast

Smart Ones Quesadilla

1/2 grilled cheese (2% fat)  tomato basil soup

1/2 PB&J

Hope everybody has recovered from the storms.  No real problems here.  Hate to miss the Walk but will be in Ohio visiting some old friends (why is it that my friends are getting so old?) and going to see an Ohio State game on Saturday.   We are leaving tomorrow, so I'll be out of touch here until mid-week next week.  Hope everyone has a great week.
