Liquid Vitimans

Several months ago I started researching Gastric Bypass. As I was going through countless web sites, I came across a Liquid Vitamin that combined almost all of the vitamins needed after surgery. While I am still in the process of having surgery, I just bookmarked in on my computer. Now I cannot find it. It got deleted somehow, and I cannot find it on the internet again. I cannot remember anything about it only I thought it was wonderful to get all your vitamins in one dose. Does anyone know what I am talking about or can you recommend one. Thanks!

vitalady.com has lots of stuff for sell on her website, she may have the liquid vitamin you are talking about.
Also there is a liquid calcium citrate made by a company called NSI they sell them at vitacost.com and they have lots of chewable and liquid vitamins and calcium.  Make sure you get a good multi vitamin, also calcium CITRATE (not CARBONATE), a B Complex (that has the B vitamins that we need) and last but not least, don't buy any large canisters of protein before surgery, because your taste buds may change after surgery.  Many of us didn't like the taste of some things that we liked before surgery.

Thanks, for the information. That is a fact about surgery that I had not heard before. That is very interesting. I will remember that. I am compiling a list of questions for my nutritionalist next, when I go next month.

P.S. I use to live in Searcy.

I kept a 3 ring binder and kept all kinds of notes from things I printed out from online, to all the papers from my surgeon and nutritionist about post-op life, and also lots of paper in it to jot down things I would learn on here and support group meetings, and questions I wanted to ask my surgeon or nutritionist at the next appts.  The binder came in real handy after surgery, I used it daily for the first 6 months after surgery.   I started the binder 2 years before I had surgery.

I still have questions, and I am still learning even after 13 months since surgery.

I live in Downtown Searcy, I have a view of the top of the courthouse and flags from kitchen window.  I can even read the clock, not clearly though, but if I squint I can, LOL.
How long ago did you live here, I have been here since 1997.

Thanks for the advise. I have already started my folder, just as you suggested.

I left the area in 2004. I still have friends there.
