Morning everyone!

Well, here it is.....Friday (otherwise known to me as Thursday since I work on Saturdays). Hope everyone is ready for Ike to head on in. At least he's not supposed to hang around like Gustov did for days and days, so maybe it won't be so bad?
Had a great time last night visiting with Steve, Kelly and Sean at the Buck's. We really need to try and figure out how we can do this once a month or so. Maybe late Sat or Sun afternoon.  It's so nice to visit with people who understand our new way of life.

Here's my day, then I gotta get ready to beautiful Little Rock one head at a time..  See ya!

AM SHAKE: Vanilla Protein Powder (mixed with instant coffee, creamer & splenda)

BREAKFAST:  Chili (with no beans) and 1 slice of 9 grain italian bread, toasted (I sliced it thin)

DINNER:  none I went to our county fair tonight, so I did not eat dinner, but I did eat a caramel apple, my roomie helped me eat the caramel and I ate the apple.  Later I had a few bites of a frito pie (mostly the chili and cheese part, my roomie ate the rest of it).

Twas a nice day today.  Played in a golf tournament this morning - didn't play particularly well, but enjoyed it anyway.   Great visit with Susan, Kelly and Sean last night.   Hope we can do some more of these.  It is good to not have people look at you like you are wierd because you happen to eat different than "normal" in their mind.   Pretty good food day yesterday.  Here it is:

I keep thinking when I'm eating I'm eating so much food!  However when I look at it really...it's very few calories each time I eat..(this per my DH)  so I am happy to report I suddenly dropped another 4 pounds to make it an even 50 pounds gone in just under 3 months!

Thats the good part..bad part is my stepson is really testing us..ugh!  I'm really not crazy about teenage boys....wondering why I have so many in my life!  ha...

Oh and Susan..I'm right there with you..working Saturdays!  When people say..have a nice weekend..that means nothing to me...
