Today is my day off and I've been running all over town. Too bad it's in the car using gas instead of on my feet burning calories  LOL

Here's yesterdays intake.  did OK.  Had to finish out with some snacks last night to get near targets, but got pretty close.   Nothing much new here, today.  I did sneak out of work early and played 9 holes with my daughter, so the day hasn't been a total waste.  Looking forward to Starbucks tonite.
