Morning my friends,

Hope you had a great Monday.  I spent the whole day out in the yard.  Our back lawn was so tall I was afraid I'd lose the short dog.  It was so bad I had to mow it twice in some areas. I was pooped!!!
Then, I went out and swept the front sidewalks and driveway.  Guess I got my exercise in for the day LOL
Back to work today.  Two girls share birthdays so there will be plenty of food to try to avoid while being polite.  You ALL know what I'm talking about

Here's my menu from yesterday;

latte

WW tortilla w/ eggbeaters and turkey sausage

Vivano

1/2 baked potato w/ vegetarian chili and 2% cheese

latte

lentil soup and 1/2 ww roll

smart pop 100 cal popcorn

FF NSA strawberry ice cream

Hope you all have a dandy day!

Hey all,
Yesterday was ok, worked like a fool all day at work and that was fine, rather do that than be bored!!!  I did get extremely angry yesterday, one of our volunteers came in a proceeded to chew on my boss about something that was NOT his business!!!  We got it all fixed and her settled down, but needless to say, it ruined her day.  She is great but is one of those that if she ever gets flustered, her entire day is shot, she cant move on or start anything else!!!
Sooooo, I did lots of hers to help her out yesterday. (and mine!!!)

Eating went well, trying to be  a good girl again!!
Breakfast-Coffee, tummy was not happy, so we didnt feed it
Snack-10 tortillia chips and cucumber dill dip
Lunch-Spicy chicken wrap w/black beans corn low fat pepper jack cheese and spicy chicken wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla.
Snack-10 grapes
Dinner-Homemade egg scramble w/onions, bell peppers, low fat cheese and turkey breast

Over all a good day, how bout ya'll???

Mornin' all,
Good food day yesterday.  Managed real close to targets and had an easier time of it.  Beyond that it was pretty much a normal work day with no real excitement.   Hope everyone has a good day today.

Yesterday was not so hot.  I'm having trouble finding things in the right portion sizes to justify "wasting" the rest of it.  Mentally, I'm not even close to where I need to be... I know I'm new to all this and it will take time, but go**** is hard.

Small victory -- I cooked dinner for the fam, second night in a row!!!  Poor guys, they've had to cope with easy foods for the last two months.  Now that things are starting to sound good again, I hope to take better care of them, too.

Breakfast - nothing, tummy still iffy in mornings, but I got some Crystal Light lemonade which really helped today.

Lunch - cup of chicken noodle soup (one of those dried packets) and a few wheat thins

Snack - 1/2 English muffin with black olive tapenade (came back up)

Dinner - 1 oz pork tenderloin and a few pieces steamed broccoli

Snack - chex mix the kids had (ate too much, came back up)

Today my coworkers are ordering salads from US Pizza... wish I could enjoy, too, but Dr. B said no salad for another 2 weeks.  I know it'll be waaaaay too much food anyway.  I plan to get some chili from Wendy's instead.

ETA: I think I need to post my dinner plan for the day here, too.  It'll help keep me on track and be good for the fam. :)  I think tonight we'll have fish - I have a salmon fillet in the fridge and some more in the freezer.  Green beans sound good, too.  And maybe some rice for everyone else.

Hi everyone! Today has been great! Yesterday was a great day to. So all in all, if my week continues this way it should be smooth sailing!

Food yesterday:

Breakfast- scrambled egg

Snack- 1/4 cup peanuts

Lunch- chicken salad on whole wheat crackers (3)

Snack- 1/2 banana

Dinner- baked chicken and rice casserole and green beans (about a 1/2 cup of each)

I also drank all of the required water plus a little more I think! LOL I also went to the track but only walked three miles yesterday! It was still worth it though! Took all my vitamins and the dreaded calcium!

Ok....gotta run! Time to pick up my kids from library and get them to lunch! Take care everyone and have a WONDERFUL day!

this is fair week in our county, so I know now it is gonna be tough, I'm on the fair board which means I work and eat there all week.

yesterdays food:

Breakfast: carnation instant breakfast, 1% milk

lunch: burger , few fries

supper: meat from bbq sandwiche and frito chili pie

I did get in all of my water for the day, but I have a feeling food is gonna look pretty much like this all week.

DID ANYONE OUT THERE GET RESTRICTION FROM 1ST FILL? HAD MINE ON FRIDAY AND CAN'T FEEL MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE.

I got my first fill a week ago & don't feel much different...but they say it can take as much as 2 weeks for it to kick in....that's what i'm hoping!

Hello All,
Yesterday was a good day aside from fighting this terrible rash on my legs! Ouch! It itches! I did my walking, (as much as dr. Permits these days).
Breakfast: S/f n/f Latte
Lunch: 2 bites Cheeseburger minus top bread, few bites of salad w/ cheese and l/f ranch and 5 fries w/ ketchup
Snack: S/f ice cream bar, 42gr prot. bullet
Dinner: few bites grilled chicken & cheese, beans
Just not real hungry yesterday and could not make myself eat......Imagine that!
Lots of U/S tea and even some water before bed. Most of my vitimins.....well about 3/4 of them. I gotta get better with that!
Huggs,
RhondaT
