I haven't weighed yet this week (my weigh day is usually Sunday).  But last week I maintained 128.  This week my intake was a little whacked because of the power outage and the unique challenges it gave me.  But I think I'll probably still be okay this week.  (I'll let y'all know tomorrow!)

Hey everyone,
Trying to get back into a routine after summer. Still down with my hip. Hopefully next week I can start walking about 1/2 mile a day....that is NOT much!
Calories are up some days and down others....
Breakfast: N/f S/f Latte w/ whip
Lunch 1 smoked rib 1/4 peice bread w/ sauce
Dinner: couple bites of taco refried beans
Snack: s/f ice cream also I had some pop corn
Lots of tea today, most of my vitimins. amd no exercise to speak of.

Well girl, we just gotta get you back INTO sync!!!!

Sorry about the hip, did I miss something?  Probably.....wouldn't be surprised.
