Hey everybody,

Tomorrow is our 26th anniversary and I know I won't have time to post, so thought I'd just go ahead.

All is well here.....actually saw some sun and my feet didn't get wet going to the car. So, what's new with all of you nice folks?


Here's my food for Thursday.  What did you eat?


latte
WW tortilla w/ egg beater and turkey bkfst sausage, 1/2 grapefruit

latte

banana

FF veggie quiche, 1/2 sweetpotato, salad

1/2 apple, 11 cocoa roast almonds

2 oz steak, 1/2 baked potato, sugar snap peas

watermelon

That's it.  Better than yesterday and that's all I can ask!

Happy Anniversary, Susan.   26 years is a long time.  I know that 'cause Dian and I had our 26th anniversary earlier this year.  I don't know how she has put up with me for so long. 
Not much new with me.   Just a busy day.  Didn't have the best of food days today.  Was on the run early and somewhat salvaged the bad start later in the day. 
Oh well, tomorrow will be better.

That scone didn't do much for your fat totals, did it?  You must not dump?  You did a great job salvaging the rest of the day, though.

No more scones for me.  I don't dump (unless I eat something fried) but I had to work hard all day to salvage some kind of reasonable food totals just for having that little bugger first thing.  Ain't worth it.  Glad you had a good anniversary day   By the way,  if you go outside this morning there is some kind of wierd light in the sky.  Any idea what that might be?

Its looking better around here too as far as weather is concerned! The rain is gone at least. Just in time for the demolition derby tomorrow night! I'm so ready for that! Can't hardly wait!

My food yesterday:

Breakfast- scrambled egg and 1/2 slice wheat toast

Lunch- smart ones chicken quesadilla (about 1/2 of it)

Snack- peanuts (1/4 cup)

Dinner- baked porkchop and 1/2 baked potato

Snack- popcorn (mini bag)----rented a movie so I had to have the popcorn!! LOL

I actually ate more than I have been yesterday! I was actually hungry for a change. Go figure!! My fill has been really tight so I guess that means I will be needing to schedule another one before too long since I can eat a little more now! Don't want the weight loss to stop!

Hey there,

How's the scale treating your additional calories?  Good choice on the mini sub.  You can also order them with double meat, more protein that way and not many more calories.
