What are you eating and what's eating you????
Well, we won't talk about wha't I'm eating. Yesterday wasn't good. Started out with no power, so my whole rountine was whacked. Didn't get any better throughout the day. Ended up doing my totals on Fitday.com and they weren't too bad, but I felt like I didn't make really great choices.
See....everyone has an off day
So, what's eating me? This RAIN!!!! Being from San Diego we get, maybe on a good year, 8 inches of rain. Yes, that's for the whole year. I like rain, don't get me wrong, but enough is enough. I don't mind driving in it, don't even mind getting myself wet going from house to car, work to car, whatever, but it's KILLING my business. I haven't even made enough money to pay my space rent at the salon, so our 26th wedding anniversary dinner on Friday might be at Taco Bell!
Glad to see everyone is okay with this weather thing. Kelly, you be careful on your route today, Wendy, drive carefully while you're out and about. And everyone else.....please be safe in whatever you might be doing today!

Whats eating me?? Nothing I hope, dont enjoy being nibbled on by many things!!!! Life is ok, could be better, I could be rich and not so darn good looking!!! BIG LAUGH!!!! The weekend was disastrous all the way around and I lost part of my lifeline, my cell phone, but Im surviving. Work is ok, we went to court yesterday and picked up 2 new cases, got back to the office and found out we are getting 2 additional ones on Friday. Whew, business is picking up but that is sad, b/c it means more of our precious little people are being abused and neglected and ending up in the judicial system. But, on the bright side, its our job to help them, so here we go full steam ahead.
What am I eating??? Well, Im like Susan, my choices have not been great and I am thinking of the 5 day pouch test next week just to get me back on track. Although yesterday was not bad, it was not good either.
Wake up-Coffee
Breakfast-Andys Ham Egg and Cheese Biscuit, over the course of the morning, due to spending the entire morning in court, a bite about every 45 minutes. I hate when that happens, I dont feel like Im even eating.
Lunch-Nachos loaded w/beef and chicken and cheese. Ate about 1/4 of these took the rest home to Mikey.
Snack-Trail mix
Dinner-Fried cabbage, meatloaf, corn on the cob and buttermilk cornbread. Ate more than I should, and didnt need the cornbread at all but my mom makes the BEST buttermilk cornbread, couldnt resist.
Liquids were not good yesterday due to spending my day in court. Had some water and some tea and some other stuff, but not nearly enough fluids to say the least.
Today shall be better, hope everyone stays safe, Im off of here to start my full page to do list at work. Hugs to all,

Like everyone I am ready for some sunshine. Enough rain already. Had my 6 month labs drawn yesterday. Anxious to see how all the levels are so far. Been stuck at the same wieght for about three weeks in spite of sticking to my eating plan. My internal medicine doc says I need to up the calories a bit to get the weight loss moving again, so I 'm going to target 1250 per day, up from 1000 and see what happens. Seems counterintuitive but I read about this in a lot of places so I'll give it a try and see. Hope everyone dries out today and gets back to normal. Susan, everybody's gonna need their hair worked on now that the rain is leaving, so get ready to work hard.

Hey y'all,
This weather is starting to get to me. I could stay in bed allllllllll day.
Work sucks, but I won't go there. I put in an app for a different position internally (lateral move), may be a mistake but it can't be worse than it currently is. Ah, the perils of being regulated.
Food yesterday was okay, I think. What did I eat???
Breakfast: A few spoonfuls of jello
Lunch: 1/4 c miso soup
Dinner: Bit of a chicken quesadilla
...and a popsicle.
Fluids weren't great. I had to do groceries and cart my 14yo around last night, so I didn't get much time to think about it. And then today, said 14yo thought it would be hilarious to backwash in my ride-to-work water cup that I was kind enough to share with her. She's got those bipolar teenage hormones right now so I guess I'll take a good mood over the alternative.
My intake for yesterday (no electricity to cook anything) was...

I don't know what my calories/fat/carbs/protein/etc look like and won't know until I can get back on my spreadsheet at home & plug everything in.
Been on a stall for the past 4 week weigh myself this morning and the stall is over lost another 5 pounds so that makes 85 in all sence I started my journey woot woot.
Probably gonna get yelled at by some of you here but went all day yesterday without anything to eat or dran****il around 5 yesterday afternoon. As I said spent most of the day in the hospital getting blood work, ekg and so on.
