HI!
Hi LB, welcome!!!
I didn't self pay and had RNY, but I do know there are a few companies who finance medical expenses like WLS, plastics, etc. You might ask your doctor's office, I'm sure they will know. Or...ask this question on the Main board. Lots of people there, so more chances of an answer.
Good luck on your journey...we're here for ya!

Hi LB...I'm a RNYer and I might as well have been self pay. Your doctor's office should be able to give you a list of lenders who they do business with. I know that there were some online lenders as well as local lenders for me to choose from. I will say that interest free (or low interest) credit cards work wonderfully too(if you have a pretty substantial limit)...lol. Many people mortgage their house to get better rates than the going surgery loan rates. Good luck to you!
