Dr. Baker's 2 week diet

What exactly is the protein diet for two weeks?  Is it liquid only, or is there more that goes with it?  I thought I saw it somewhere but now I can't find it.  All I can find is the cost of the shakes.

Can someone please explain it to me or tell me where to find it.  I need to get myself ready for this.

It is all liquid.  It consists of 5 (if memory serves, it's 5) HMR shakes per day.  You get to choose between chocolate or vanilla.  (I'd pick vanilla if I were you and just make them into chocolate if you need something different.)

The vanilla tastes exactly like a vanilla shake that has melted.  Exactly.  I got sick of them.  But they were WELL worth it.  Every day while I was drinking them, I would think to myself, "I'm doing this to get my surgery."  It was a mantra I repeated to myself constantly. 

Thanks Wendy.  I thought it was all liquid.  I know it is going to be hard but I think I can do it knowing I am about to have surgery.  I don't think I could just do it for two weeks with out having something to look forward too.

I got tired of them but you can blend fruit and ice with the vanilla to make it taste pretty good.  You can also have broth in place of one or two of the shakes.  I did that a lot too!  You can do it!
