What are you eating and what's eating you?
let me see. Yesterday was ok. Only worked 4 hours came home and took a nap. Made my daughter mad 1st. I told her I would pick up my grandson when I got off work and keep him for the afternoon. Well I called her twice and she didn't answer So i went ahead and Came home. Well she calls 2 hours later and ask if I am going to pick up Alex. I told her I was home alread ( 25 minutes away) So she got mad and hung up on me. She was wanting to sleep more. But couldn't cause she had the baby. She is over it today though.
Food:
Breakfast Jr snak pak with turkey and cheese.
Lunch: Flat bread and steak sandwich
Dinner: Another snack pak.
Snack: sugar free chocolate activa pudding.
About 20 oz water.

OHHHHH, you need to get tha****er up! Especially since it's getting hot again. Glad you and your daughter got things worked out. Tension, stress and weight loss don't usually go well together. We tend to go to food when we're frustrated, so the sooner you get over whatever it is, the better.
