I'm here.  I'm also back to teaching and to learning. LOL  My only news is that I have a kitty cat; otherwise, I'm still doing research, still teaching, and still wishing there were either more hours in the day or that I could stay up later and get up earlier.

Jeannie, my dear, I so wish we could have gotten together while you were on break. Damn the gas being so high.  I wouldn't have suggested even meeting half way as expensive as it's been.

I'd love to have a cat but my husband is allergic and my dog would LOVE one for desert  LOL, so, no kitties for me.

Im here, just had the blahs after Denver, suffered from jet lag till Tuesday.  It was a nice place to visit, but I got homesick.  Yes, me, at 33, almost 34, got homesick.  I just wanted to come home to my dear sweet husband and all my great animals.

I started my new job Monday, was thrown a curve ball with it, due to idiots in the state office, so everything I thought I was gonna be doing, Im not, and to be honest, Im not sure what the heck I AM supposed to be doing.

Anyway, Im still here, havent even been to the board here but like 2 times in the last week.  I very seldom sit down to the computer at home, since I stare at one all day long.

Thanks for inquiring, I didnt get stuck in the airport, just spent 6 hours in them Friday!!!!!  Got back home at 2:30 am sat morning.

Have a great weekend, we will be in Little Rock Sat and Sunday for the Arkansas State Horse Show at the State Fairgrounds.

Hugs to all,
Rhonda D., the one with a job without a clue!!

Well, there you are!!!

Glad you're home safe and sound.  Funny thing about the job.  Gary was on the new State job for almost 6 months before he could actually DO his job. Had to wait to go through the training.  Makes you wonder why they hire someone if they can't be trained for 6 months????  Oh well, our tax dollars at work.

Hugs to Mr Mike!

I am still around.   Just not much of an original poster.  Wendy, thanks for keeping the food and fitness going.   It really helps me stay ontrack to know I am going to post what I eat, whether anybody reads or not, I know someone might so it somehow helps.  You nice ladies post a lot of threads here that I don't belong in, but thats fine - I'll stay out of those and just jump in when I have something to add.  I hang out on the men's board too so I get lot's of guy stuff there.   I appreciate all of you and your willingness to help everyone when issues arise.   I'll be checking in and looking forward to more activity here.  By the way, I was hoping to meet some of you at the Walk, but will be out of town and will have to miss out this year.  My best to all.

ok all I am here. I have had a lot going on. 1st I did most of my posting and reading while at work. well I got in trouble this past week. I wasn't suppose to have internet access at work. But I got on and some higher ups got bent out of shape. SO no more internet at work. Usually don't get home till after 6:30. Than have dinner , do dishes and clean up for bed. So not much time in the evenings.
Also I think I may be having menopause symptons. Night sweats, dizziness and some really great mood swings. DH is loving the mood swings. Not sure if I am going to kill him or drown him in my tears LOL. But doctor trying to get it all straighted out.
Other than that things are going well.
