Good luck with that 1500 calorie mark LOL!!!! I sometimes sit in front of my computer in the evening to see where I am calorie wise trying to figure out what to eat next to get my numbers just right. I do okay, but somtimes I feel like all I do is eat. But....holding my own!
You didn't tell me how your labs were at your visit with Dr Baker?

Bkfst: sm WW tortilla w/ 1 eggbeater scrambled with turkey bkfst sausage crumbles and 1 Tbs shredded cheese.

Snack: Cinnamon toast
D: baked chicken breast w/ noodles and edamame
Snack: V-8 juice
Cals: 1237 Fat: 37(29%) Carb: 142(43%) Pro 82 (29%)

My labs were great! I had them done early when I had that numbness in my left leg. But they okayed me starting a Super B Complex daily (which corrected the numbness within days). But my labs were fine!
I think Dr. Baker must have been in a really good mood. He invited me to come walk with him at the walk from obesity, etc. I was in a good mood meeting with him even though he was delayed and I had to wait to see him because he seemed so excited to see ME! LOL

I dont really remember Tuesday, I need to start getting on here every night and posting it again. My eating is better since I am back at work, not so much grazing!!!! But the downside is, NO EXERCISE cuz Im sitting in the office or running around the office. I'll have to figure out how to remedy this.
Vitamins are good, I take most of them at work, and it helps my co-worker b/c she is a gastric bypass patient who has NEVER taken vitamins!!!! Maybe I can be a good influence on her eating, and also, that will help me not to eat bad things, b/c she is watching me!!!!

Im here, as I posted on the roll call thread, the job has me buffaloed right now. All this time I knew what I was going to do, got back from Denver, and found out Monday morning, my first day at work, that due to idiots in the state office, I will not be doing what I have been training for all this time, and I dont know what the (&(&)(*&)( Im supposed to be doing!!!!
Life here is pretty much the same, just more chaotic w/me working full time now. Get tired of the computer after staring at one 8 hours a day, I know you can relate to that!!! Im still alive, just very confused and when I get home, I usually clean house and cook and crash!!!
