It is so good to know I am not the only one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The psychological games mine plays are crazy!  Like bringing me a plate of fudge or baking a pinapple upside down cake last week and wanting the bring the whole thing over to my house, ummmmmmmmmm.....................................NO and HELLO NO!!!!!!!

Hey going to miss you tomorrow night!

It looks there are more of us than you probably imagined, huh?  My mother is a lot like all of yours, she started having kids @ 17 and became a grandmother @ 40 and she has never acted like either should.  Men are always her main topic of conversation (which guy said she was pretty today, who told her that she couldn't possibly be a grandmother, or the one who keeps asking her out).

My whole life there hasn't been one boyfriend that she thought I was good enough for!  When my daughter was 13 she wanted pink hair and I agreed to have pink streaks if she kept up her grades.  She did and I did as I promised (I mean, it's only hair, right? and pick your battles when it comes to teenages, right?).  My daughter was so happy because not  too many moms were letting them dye their hair period  and her friends were totally jealous & thought it was cool but as soon as my mom seen it she went into this tantrum about how she looks like a ***** and what others must think of her and me as her mother, how could I agree to this type of behavior.  I got mad and we left her house, she just couldn't understand what I was mad about; she never called her a ***** just looked like one!  OK, to a 13 year old there's no difference and my daughter didn't enjoy her hair the rest of the summer because of her outburst!  She doesn't see how her actions hurt others - she is never wrong!

Since that incident, we haven't spoken now in 2 years - she definitely hasn't reached out because I've heard thru the grapevine that she thinks and telling everyone that I need physciatric help and I'm going to hell because I'm not following the 10 commandments and showing her the honor that she expects!

Sisters - we are not alone!
