walk

has anyone else registered for the obesity walk in little rock?  i have, and plan on making the two hour trek there. I understand money is tight and gas pretty much costs us our first born....it is for a good cause and will give all of us the chance to meet and work out together. if your not able to we all understand. maybe next time

Hey Kiddo!!

I just talked to the national office for the Walk.  We're up to 32 walkers!!  I've already had over $300 donated in my name....way to go me!

It will be fun seeing everyone. Hope lots of folks sign up.

I haven't signed up yet, but I still plan on going.

hope lots register too......and show up....cant wait to meet all of you..........

I will be registereing on the 3rd when I get my check.  Can't hardly wate it is going to be so much fun meeting everyone.  Come on everyone sign up and lets all meet and have some fun.

Unless something comes up with the kids school schedules (it seems like they are adding SOMETHING new I have to do with them every day), I totally plan on walking.  I haven't registered yet, but I have already collected one $20 pledge.  (Not a lot I know, but I'll get more.)

I can't wait to see you there!  We haven't gotten to meet yet!  I hope everyone can make it!  This may be the only time we get to meet some of you folks all over the state!  The more the merrier!

glad to see people are planning on coming.....I have no donations because most people here give to me for the diabetes walk,,,,,,,,,my 13 y/o neice is type 1 and has been for 10 years.....so most people already commit to that since this is a small town they know I walk for it.

I have mentioned the obesity walk and sadly folks snicker at me and question if it is real? Isnt that sad........oh well I am still going to walk and those people can kiss my backside.....my much smaller backside.....

I to have to wait til the 3rd to register, since that is when my check comes in. 
I have not collected any money yet for donations, but I will be at the beginning of the month when I know everyone has money to give, LOL.

I am trying to get people to sign up and walk with me.  Does anyone know if I can bring my 1 year old niece?  She will be in a stroller, if I can bring her to walk with me, will she need to pay a registration fee to and sign up?  My sister and her husband are highly considering walking with me, but we have to make sure it is okay to bring my niece to. 

Kids are fine....and FREE under 12.
