Breakfast-3 bites of breakfast burrito from Sonic
Lunch-Cheese ravioli from Olive Garden
Dinner-Topping from one piece of pepperoni pizza and 1 egg roll

Liquids-Coffee, 24 oz, Diet Coke 20 oz, Water 20 oz Tea 44 oz
We were on the road all day, went to Little Rock w/mom an sister, so I had no snacks and my liquids were iffy.  I was scared several times by drivers, so my nerves were bad, didnt want any dinner, but forced myself to eat what I did.

Walking parking lots and up and down stairs at doctors offices

Multi vits done, forgot to take my calcium w/me, so I missed it
