LUNCH - 8 almond nut-thin cheddar crisps w/ homemade BBQ chicken/cheese dip & 1 SF peanut brittle

SNACK - 1 egg & 1 slice sara lee delightful wheat

Note:  I am not pleased with my food intake today.  It was one of those days where I really didn't feel like eating at all so forced myself to consume something for each meal (nothing tasted right either).  Oh well.  Tomorrow is a new day.
