OIKOS greek yogurt

Wow I finally found some at Wal Mart, OH MY GOSH I bought the vanilla and plain and it is so good and so creamy!  YUMMO

It is amazing, isn't it?   I used to have to go to Wild Oats to get it and it was another brand that was pretty expensive, but oh, so worth it!   Thank goodness ol'  Wally World is catching up with the times!

Add some splenda and a few raspberries for a real dessert-like treat without the bad stuff.  I love it.

I used pink packets, I am just a sweet n low kind of gal!  I used two packets with the vanilla and two packets and some sugar free apple jelly with the regular!

I don't eat it without splenda...I think it is so bitter but it only takes a little splenda to get it right! I put special k with red berries or some canned NSA peaches in mine. YUM!

i like the fage a lot better than the oikos, but the oikos will work when i'm at kroger and just want to run out with that rather than going to boulevard bread company or to whole foods.

i love doctoring up that greek yogurt!  i do granola and a dash of vanilla and splenda.  i also love adding a spoonful of sugarfree jam or jelly to it as well.  i have also put in greek seasoning or cajun seasoning and used it as a dipping sauce for meat.  it's so versatile!

We don't have any of those places in Fart Smith.

never thought about the Cajun seasoning.   I will try this.  Sounds great.

Can you please tell me where you got the SF apple jelly?????

It is Wal  Mart Great Value Brand and I picked it up in Tupelo MS, I can find things  in some places I can't find here, I hit Wal Mart everywhere and find new products and I am like WOW!

Sorry, it is the only one I have and it is almost halfway gone and I just bought it in March!
