Wen, so sorry to hear about the foot. Thought that was getting better. Water aerobics is great exercise, and you can stay cool at the same time! I'd much rather do that.
Here's my day
latte
1/2 bagel w/ FF cream cheese, cantaloupe
latte
1/2 PB&J on double fiber bread
1 beef enchilada
Greek chicken on pita....only ate about 1/4 of the pita

It certainly WAS getting better. In fact, I thought it was WELL so I started exercising on it again (via the Wii Fit "free step" exercises I told you about which is pretty much walking in place onto and back off of a step like aerobics classes do).
Well, apparently it was NOT well at all - it was just in remission or something. Because yesterday it hurt all day as bad as it ever did before.

Ok,my day was all jacked up, due to being sick, but here it goes!!!
Wake up-1 cup of coffee Yep, just one cup, throat sore
No breakfast-Just didnt want it
Lunch-Turkey bologna on wheat w/veggie cheese slices
Snack-1/2 cup homemade chicken dressing
Dinner-Grilled cheese 2 Veggie cheese slices on whole wheat
Some liquid, not enough, slept most of the day, literally most of it
Exercise-walking from the car to the doc and from the car to the house, thats IT
Vitamins 1/2 my calcium and 1/2 my multi vites
Not a good day, but I spent most of it in the bed, doc office or in car riding here and there.
Hey Wendy, before the foot goofed again, did the Wii Fit burn lots of calories??

Hijack.....
My son and DIL have one. It's a system of it's own, not a game/thing you use on a Nintendo. It's really, really fun, but let me tell you it's $$$$$$$$$$$!!! My SIL in San Diego just bought one for her kids and plunked down over $500.
Personally, I'm going to wait until the prices come down. You know they will!
Hope you're better today

You need the Nintendo Wii system ($250). It comes with 1 nunchuck (a type of controller used on some games) & 1 regular controller included. It also comes with Wii Sports which is a game disc that has I think 5 sports games on it. (So just buying the Wii system alone, 1 person can go ahead and start playing.)
For Wii Fit, you need to buy the Wii Fit game (which comes with everything you need to do the Wii Fit exercise stuff - it's a big box). It is $90 at Wal-Mart if memory serves.
You CAN buy a game called Wii Play which is a disc that comes with a LOT of games and an extra nunchuck for about $50 I think. (An extra nunchuck by itself is $40, so it makes more sense to pay $50 and get the Wii Play games with it.) An extra regular controller is about $20 by itself.
I bought all mine at once and paid about $485 for everything:
$250 Nintendo Wii Sytem
$90 Wii Fit
$50 Wii Play
$15 Regular Controller (on clearance)
$50 MarioParty 8 Game
$30 (approximately for tax)
