Hey Wendy,
Restaurant food can sure be a challenge, but it looks like you did ok. I went to that funeral today, and since I was a passenger, had to go to the gathering at the church afterwards. Tables loaded with good Southern cooking, but not much that I could eat. I took the skin off the fried chicken, but ate it too fast and had to go . After that I felt better and had a slice of deli roast beef, a couple of tablespoons of potato salad and some pineapple. You never know, do you?
OK, here's Thursday;
latte
1/2 PB&J on double fiber bread
latte
the above mentioned lunch
2 mini bran muffins w/ zucchini and carrots
grilled chicken, cole slaw and corn
100 cal SBD cereal bar and cantaloupe

Food
Breakfast: Oikos with 1/3 C Special K w/ Red Berries
Lunch: nothing...I made the decision based on dinner plans
Small Snack when I got home: 2 oz mozzarella and cherry tomato salad
Dinner: Backwoods Barn! we went with my sisters family and my mother and her husband since my mother is leaving town tomorrow. Backwoods barn is a home cooking buffet. I had a small portion of salad, about 2 oz chicken, 1 piece of shrimp, 1 small hush puppy and about 1T fried taters. I survived it. It took up maybe half a plate without things touching because I'm a freak like that and it worked for my day since I skipped lunch. It was also something Johnny wanted one more time before he has surgery so we went and I have no regrets!
Water
over 100 ounces since I didn't have to stop drining for over an hour at lunch

I didn't even try them post-op until last week, but I love them and they sit well! I compared them to fiber one raisin bran and they shape up quite nicely in my opinion. Most cereals are total crap in my opinion so I was glad to see one that fit my plan. I'm not overly sensitive to sugar so I'm rockin this cereal! That sucks that you can't enjoy them because I can tell you that's my favorite meal of the day!
