I survived!  And I'm now Yet Another Post-Op Wendy, LOL.

Can I just say, OWWWWW?!?!??  I think the biggest adjustment so far is remembering to drink all.the.time.  And in such tiny amounts, too!  The pain really isn't too terrible, thank goodness, nothing a percocet or two can't handle.  I really shouldn't complain, Baker said the surgery went very well and there was less bleeding than expected.  My g-tube and I are becoming acquainted, but I can't say I'll be sorry to see it go at the end of August.

I just sent dh to the store again for the third time today.  Maybe the poor guy will get a break for the remainder of the day.

Make room on the loser's couch for me, here I am!

Glad you are home and doing well! Take good care of yourself.  It's great you have such a nice DH to take care of you too!

So glad to have another loser on this bench!!!  See, as we lose weight, we make room for you "newbies" here, so there's always room for more!

Take care of yourself, and gently hug that DH.  Sounds like he's a keeper.

Let us know if there is anything we can do from this end.

Hey Wendy
Welcome home from another of Dr Baker's Maumelle patients.   The G-tube is the worst part.  Once you get rid of it, you'll feel like a new person.   Here to help if you or hubby need anything.
