Seems like I ate a lot today..no matter how much I ate..my stomach growled all day long.  I guess I'm burning up lots of calories..

B- sf ice cream bar (I need to grocery shop)
S- Slimfast optima, 1/3 pack of almonds
L- Wendy's grilled chicken wrap and mandarin oranges.
S- Slimfast optima, 1/3 pack of almonds
D-Tuna salad with whole wheat crackers, skinnycow bar

Multi Vitamin,potassium, female issue herbs, biotin, calcium, and fiber chews,
2 gatorades, tons of water and crystal lite peach tea.

45 minutes walking on the route, 7 hours in the heat.  (then went grocery shopping)

Breakfast: Oikos greek yogurt with 1/2C Special K Red Berried
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Caesar Salad

Snack: 1.5 ounces beef jerky

Dinner: 1/2 Enchilada, 1T spanish rice, cucumber, cantaloupe, and a slice of birthday cake(eek!) kidding....all of this was made by my super health conscious grandma. The cake was awesome but very WLS friendly. I will have to try to make it first and see how it goes and then I'll post the recipe. I hate to give someone else's recipe when I haven't tried to make it myself!

walked 1.5 miles in the am and mowed the lawn when I got home at 5. I could hardly see I was sweating so bad! Luckily, it had cooled off to 95 degrees by the time I got to the lawn!
