Food & Fitness - Monday
AM SHAKE: a plain flavored shake I got from the health store (only 18 gms protein, it was a single packet) I mixed it with some coffee, splenda, creamer and milk (I did not care for this packet, it says it mixes easily but it was so thick and clumpy)
BREAKFAST: TV Dinner (I'm out of oatmeal, hehe)
AFTERNOON SNACK: some cut up (tiny pieces I cut for my niece) chicken vienna sausage
DINNER: BBQ Pork Chop (I made myself in the oven, I watered down some BBQ Sauce and brushed it on lightly, doing it each time I flipped the chops, every 15 minutes, it was the best I ever made) and also peas and a 3 bites of white chedder shells and cheese (pasta-roni brand)
PM SHAKE: I am out and I drank my last individual packet this morning. I will try to go back to my local health food store and get a few more packets tomorrow.
LIQUIDS: yepp got them all in, drank several glasses of coffee this morning (mixed with creamer, milk and splenda), also some packets of wylers sugar free cherry drink (my new fave, tastes great mixed with vanilla protein shake)
EXERCISE
Running around with my 1 year old niece from 6:15 AM until 3:30 PM, I think that counts as exercise, and plus I walked the hallways with her sitting on my shoulders, so does that count as weights or something, hehe.
For some reason my physical therapy is giving me the run around, my pain mgmt Dr faxed orders for phys therapy twice in June and phys therapy never scheduled me, he also faxed orders at the beginning of July, and still no call, so the 2nd Monday of this month I called the phys therapy and they were like we haven't gotten anything in for you, let me get your chart and call you back. Blah blah still haven't heard from them. I go back to my pain mgmt Dr on the 4th of Aug and he will probably raise heck that the phys therapy isn't scheduling me. I am calling them again tomorrow, and I may not be so polite and well-mannered this time. My poor back is so stiff and sore, and I feel like I am walking hunched again. *shakes head*

I am so off schedule from the surgery and now a tummy virus I hardly ate all day again, I could tell I had lost when I put on some jeans that were previously a little tight and fit loose today and they were a juniors 13/14 from that Aeropostle store, I know I am 36 but I couldnt help myself, lol. I also hurt going poo today and hope tomorrow gets better cause I just ate 5 prunes.
Now I am going to try and get some sleep.

I am like that all the time now since my gallbladder, had a lot of trouble regulating it, but yes I finally went this morning and at first it was hard but then got easier, I am also going crazy because anything I eat or drink is coming right back up,I burp and up it comes, do you think I could have a stricture this late in the game?
