Well, it wasn't a great eating day. Too busy at work and too tired when I got home. So, here goes.

3/4 PB&J sand on double fiber bread, 1/2 cantaloupe chunks

6 Wheatworth crackers
1/2 slice pork loin, 1/4 c orzo w/ spinach, green beans almondine
cantaloupe and watermelon

I need to spread it out more over the whole day (calorie wise) though.
I get to about 6 oclock at night and usually only have 600 -800 calories. (Hence the night time protein yogurts and milks lately - LOL. I'm calorie loading at the end of the day to get up to goal.)
I should start doing my milk in the morning again. At least I'd feel a little better about that.

I have the same problem. I get so busy at work that I don't have time to eat, so then I have to make up for it after dinner with snacks. I was worried about eating at night like that, but there was a doctor on the Today show talking about that very thing. She said we still will digest anything we eat in the evenings, the only result of that is that our sleep patterns my suffer.
At least when I am busy at work like that I can concentrate more on my liquids. Good thing, I wouldn't have time to wait between snacks LOL

Well, let me think about it, what did I eat!!
Breakfast-Reduced fat grands homestyle biscuit w/homemade chicken strip inside
Lunch-Fajita meat w/a few onion strips and lowfat cheddar
Supper-2 small whole bass and 4 homemade french fries all cooked in Sunflower oil
Snack-slice of canteloupe
Snack-pack of Lays Bacon/Cheddar crackers
Liquids-36 oz coffee
1/2 gallon of u/s tea
32 oz plain icky water (lol, dont like water but kidney doc says drink extra, so im trying, i have a dratted kidney issue, it hurts so we are doing the stone plan)
1/2 gallon mango Kool-Aid (thats the STUFF)

Im so proud of me, I actually worked out Saturday at home, on my own!!!
50 situps
about 100 leg lifts of various style
5 minutes of laying on my back doing the bicylcle exercise
