Food
Breakfast: 1/2 C Special K Red Berries(you probably saw that coming if you've read these threads this week...lol) and 1/4 C skim milk
Lunch: Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola Bar
Dinner: I have no clue as we'll be on the road headed to Grand Lake...wohoo!!!!
Snacks: I bought jerky and SB Protein Bars for the road and I'm taking my atkins bars on the trip in case I need an alternate meal since I have no control over the food. It's one of my girlfriend's condos....

Water
So far...24 ounces of water and 8 ounces of decaf coffee because I was freezing in the office!!!!

Vitamins
Calcium and B12 done, Iron and multi to go!

Exercise
I opted to shave my legs this morning instead of go for a walk. I know that sounds rediculous, but 515 is early enough and when it came down to shaving the legs or going for a walk, shaving won!

I ate pretty steady today as it was my first day back carrying mail in this heat.  Trying not to get low blood sugar along with heat distress.  Tons of water a little gatorade and some crystal lite peach tea.

I'm claiming my 1 hour of walking in this heat on my route as my exercise for the day.

I'm no Betty Crocker.  So for ME, semi-homemade is mixing 2 pre-made products together with a blender.  (The use of the blender qualifies it as "semi-homemade".  Tehehehe)

1 cup Kroger Deluxe Low-fat No-Sugar-Added Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
1 Protein-2Go Pak (chocolate flavored from GNC)

Blend it together.

I swear it tastes like chocolate brownie ice cream.

1/2 cup has:
