Breakfast- 1 reduced fat Grands Croissant
Snack-Protein Drink
Lunch-Ham sandwich on wheat w/onion and fresh bradley county tomatoes
Snack-Slice of Cantelope
Dinner-Chicken/Steak combo fajitas w/onion, bell peper, tomatoes, low fat cheese and sour   cream.
Snack-Prolly another slice of tomato

Liquid-92 oz us tea
             12 oz coffee
Gonna make some s/f kool aid and drink drink drink, suddenly thats alll I wanna do!!!!

Fitness
30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph (calorie burn program)
20 minutes on the exercise bike
25 situps w/50 pounds of weight resistance
40 bi lateral pull downs w/50 pounds of weight

Came home from feed store, unloaded 100 pounds of horse feed and dumped it in the feed bin, hung out 2 loads of clothes, fixing to clean my bedroom, and later tonight do 50 (I hope) more situps

OH CRAP, gotta take those, been to busy to remember meds today!!!  Guess you know what Im fixing to do, lol!!!

I play clairnet in the North Little Rock Community Concert Band.  Concert tonight, Lakewood Village, 7:00 p.m.  I'll be the one in the blue shirt.

Heck, I just love you, LOL.  The daily questions are a challenge to come up with sometimes, b/c I want you guys to think as much answering as I have to writing them!!! Thank God for Mike, sometimes he gives me questions.
