Lunch: the leftovers from my dinner last night (1/2 grilled chicken breast with corn)
Snack: 5 SF Shortbread Cookies and 2 oz of cherry tomatoes & 2%cheese cubes in FF italian dressing
Dinner: 4 oz of a casserole (chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, tomato, potato in FF cream of mushroom with cheese)

I forgot my water cup in the car this morning so I didn't have a very good measure at work, but I'm going to drink another 20 ounces before bed just in case I didnt get enough

Walked with a little jog thrown in this morning for a mile.
