BREAKFAST - medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds

16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
16 ounces water & All Bran fiber pink lemonade mix

LUNCH - grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce & 1 mozzarella stick (believe it or not, those were about the best choices I had were we all went for lunch)

Breakfast: 4 oz NSA Strawberry Sensation with 1/2C Special K Red Berries
Lunch: the leftovers from my dinner last night (1/2 grilled chicken breast with corn)
Snack: 5 SF Shortbread Cookies and 2 oz of cherry tomatoes & 2%cheese cubes in FF italian dressing
Dinner: 4 oz of a casserole (chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, tomato, potato in FF cream of mushroom with cheese)

Water
I forgot my water cup in the car this morning so I didn't have a very good measure at work, but I'm going to drink another 20 ounces before bed just in case I didnt get enough

Exercise
Walked with a little jog thrown in this morning for a mile.

lunch - Wetern sizzlin pinto beans, corn and 1/4 ham, patti. 1 S/F peanut butter cookie.

Dinner- 1/2 ground turkey taco, F/F refriend beans

Oh yeah 8oz skim milk 2 times a day to take protonix, and calcium.

I suck a****er intake lucky to get 20oz a day
