Well, I'll get us started today, and edit later as I eat more and exercise more!!!!

Breakfast-3/4 Sausage/Biscuit from McD's minus the top bread

Lunch-3 oz sliced ham on wheat hot dog bun w/fresh tomato

Supper-3 bites string beans, 4-5 bites of corn, 3x3x1/4 inch cube steak  I was lucky and my sister called and said, I have fresh squash to give you and when you come get it, Ive cooked supper, and will send you 2 plates home.  Geez I love her!!!

32 oz u/s tea, 12 oz watered down diet coke, over 1/2 gallon u/s tea, gonna have some crystal lite later
DONT FLAME ME PLEASE for the following liquid:  22oz Miller Lite beer, have a kidney stone, so I nursed it for a long time, put it in the freezer, nursed it again, repeat!!! Urologist has me on that and extra water
32 oz water and prolly 32 oz crystal lite before bed

Exercise, so far-Picked 10 gallons of tomatoes in the broiling sun, cleaned out the chest freezer on our front porch, then re-arranged the one in the kitchen and did lots of walking back and forth.  Carried old scraps to the hog pen, literally carried them.  Cleaned out my moms stand up freezer, and carried lots of frozen stuff from her freezer to my car, then carried it into my house and put it all away.  Lots of bending!!!!  Needless to say, Im tired.  Most Im gonna do now is take a bath and drink crystal lite!!!!

Breakfast: 4 oz Bluebunny NSA Strawberry Sensation with 1/2 C Special K Red Berries
Lunch: Atkins Peanut Fudge Granola Bar
Dinner: 1/2 of the Chili's Guiltless Chicken Platter (minus rice)
2nd Dinner...lol: other part of the Chili's Guiltless Chicken Platter (minus rice) since I need the protein and the cals

Cals: 765 Fat: 19g Carbs: 94g Sugar: 11g Fiber: 15g Protein: 62g

24 ounces so far...

Vitamins
Everything but Iron which I will take a couple hours after lunch!

Exercise
Walked a mile this morning and won't be doing anything this evening on account of support group meeting!!!!

breakfast: Jr lunchable with turkey

Lunch: Corn, 1 oz steak, 2 black olives

Dinner: not sure yet someting from chili's

Not much exercise today. I normally do mine in the evening but will be at support group meeting so skipping zumba tonight.

Hey maybe we should do at least 30 min exwercise at support group meeting since we won't have time otherwise.LOL

That would be awesome! Maybe if we get there early, we can go for a walk around the hospital complex. I'm game...oh shoot, I'm in heels today. Oh well, it'll just work the calves better!

Lunch:  Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup

Supper: 1 tbs. Chunk Turkey Breast in low fat mayo...smoothed

Snack 1: 3 vienna sausages

Snack 2: Protien Drank

FLUIDS:

US Tea 32oz

2 Flintstones Complete.....check

EXERCISE:

Today flew by so fast!
Morning latte Non-fat & S/f
1/2 piece cheddar cheese, 3 bites of ham
pintos& cheese w/ taco meat & cheese Yummy!
sauteed onions, peppers and sirloin w/ cheese
s/f ice cream (I'm on an ice cream kick lately)
2 cups black coffee, 34 oz water, 32oz u/s tea
protein bullet
multi x2, calcium x2, b-12 sub, biotin x2, dry vitimin D x1
Lots of yard work AGAIN today! That is about it for exercise....I studied this evening and relaxed by the pool!

I am not posting my food nothing to hide....I do eat more than all of you as my 7 yr surgiversary approaches next week.........

I am struggling to get int the 1100-1500 cals a day on normal food

anyhow

I did 20 mins on the elliptical
20 mins on the stairmaster
lifted weights  (arms)
10 mins fat burn on the stairmaster
and then a full 45 min spinning class

ok thats all

I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(
