PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people participate. Even if you didn't exercise, post your food. Even if you are too embarassed to post your diet, post your exercise! If we can be accountable to each other, we can keep ourselves honest and we can all help each other to succeed.
So here's me so far today. (I'll edit later to fill in the rest.)

Breakfast - 1 medium banana & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds

Lunch - 1 slice Sara Lee 45 Calorie & Delightful Wheat, 1 slice 2% Kraft American cheese, 1/2 slice Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage & 1 medium egg

Dinner: 1 light string cheese stick. 3 Bites of chicken nachos
Evening Snack (after swimming): SF Jell-O with NSA fruit...YUMM
Exercise
Walked one mile this morning and swam across the lake and back in the evening. Maybe 1/2 to 1 mile round trip...I have no clue

LOTS of tea and water. Probably another latte. Not too sure about snacks, I've been busy working on the Walk stuff and haven't stopped for them. Maybe later.
Edit: Had a protein drink between lunch and dinner. Gonna go slice myself up some ice cold watermelon now. No nutritional value, but it sure is tasty!!!
Edit....again. Calories still too low so I had 1/2 PB&J on double fiber bread.

Wendy, I found something you might like for your pizzas. They're called "Light Flat Out" flat bread. I found them at wally-world near the deli case. One wrap(which is too much for me) is 90 cals, 2.5 gr fat, 16 grms carbs, 9 grms fiber, 9 grms protein. They're much thicker than tortillas. You might give 'em a try.

OK so here is my yummy food for the day LOL
Breakfest: SF Carnation Instant Breakfest mixed with 8oz Skim Milk
Lunch: About 4 bites of NF Cottage Cheese (tsp.)
Dinner: 3 Vinna Sausages
Snack 1: 1/2 Tube of String Cheese
Snack 2: 3 bites of watermellon
Now dranking my whey protien drank before bed mixed with 8oz of Skim Milk
40 oz of fluids

Was not able to walk like I was suppose to today way too hot outside. But i did get in 30 min late this afternoon.

Lunch-4 bites chicken fried steak, 2 bites mashed potatoes, 3 pieces of okra and 3 bites purple hull peas (had lunch w/work staff, and we went to a home cooking rest. and had the lunch special. Full of carbs, wont do that one again)
Supper-Not sure yet, will edit later
No snacks today, yeah me!!!!
Liquid-36 oz coffee, 1 can diet coke plus, 44 oz u/s tea, 20 oz u/s tea, 20 oz fountain diet coke watered down after I forgot Id bought it!!!
Exercise-Not much during the day, worked in the office all day, so basically sat on my butt, but when I got home the story changed. Helped Mike feed and water the children, (animals) unloaded (by hand) a huge roll of hay from the back of our truck, rolling it by hand about 40 feet to the barn, then pitch forking it to the horses.
Unloaded a 150 pound ice chest full of food, and Im fixing to go out and clean out the chest freezer on my front porch. Then I have 8 quarts of strawberries to hull and slice and put away!!!!
So, did I officially exercise?? No, am I tired in the last 2 hours, yes!!!!!

anyhow I will post my fitness since it is what I am trying to accomplish
1 hour on the elliptical burned 900 calories
30 minutes on the stairmastet burned 250 calories
and I managed my very first 20 minutes of a 45 minute Spinning class......it was hard and sweatty and GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved it....cant wait for tonight....calories burned....who knows.
My trainer and I have parted ways......I felt guilty because I could not afford the 25 bucks an hour 5 days a week......so I am doing it on my own now.....I have learned enough......its not that hard to lift weights and workout.....so I told him to put a paying client in my place...he has helped me enough and will always be there if I need him....parting is such sweet sorrow lol
