Carrie at Dr Gibbs' office told me a few months ago that people who qualify can have their surgeries paid for by AR rehab. The criteria is quite strict, a BMI of around 60, I think. I'm sure you could get information from AR rehab, but you could also call Dr Gibbs' office and talk to Carrie. I'm sure she would have the answers too.
