Combined Food & Fitness Thread???

Hi y'all. 

I asked this on another thread, but since everyone may not have read that one - I wanted to ask it here. 

Would anyone be opposed to combining the daily Whatcha' Eatin threads & R'ya Movin' threads? 

I have not been on the ball with the R'ya Movin thread since the foot DR forbid me to walk (or do anything with my left foot that required bending it) for exercise and I hate it that I've let everyone down. 

If we could combine the 2 threads, then whoever wanted to post their food or exercise 1st could just start it every day. 

I don't want to step on any toes (Karen and/or Rhonda T who have been so wonderful to try to keep up the food threads especially). 

So would anyone mind combining the 2 threads?  Or does someone think it's a bad idea?  It just seems easier to do ONE food & fitness thread that everyone could post to instead of having them seperate.  One thread would be easier to maintain also.

Ok, just so you know I read EVERY thing you post, love the new e-mail address  LOL!

I think it's a great idea.  On the over 50 forum, we have a dialy thread that just tells everyone what's going on in thier lives. We've all become very close. Anyway, whoever is up the earliest (sometimes there is a little competition here) starts the thread and we all just chime in and then check out the rest of the posts as the day goes on.  No reason your eating/fitness thread couldn't work the same way.

I've been wondering if anyone has been eating lately.

I told ya on the other one, and I'll tell ya here!!!  I think its marvelous, my question is, what do we call it??  Wont matter who starts it to me, whoever gets here first, I usally dont post my food till the end of the day, but if someone wants to start it for today, I'll post later, and if no one asks later, I will, lol.

I love the email, so tell me, is that a real one??  Some days I want to create an ID like that on yahoo. 

Have a great evening, I just finished cleaning out our HUGE chest freezer, and believe it or not, the dang thing has a bottom!!!!

Great idea! I have also seen on other boards where people post their food, water, exercise and vitamins in  case anyone would like to post that information for accountability reasons(not that we'll call you out or anything!). I'm usually excellent on vitamins and water...it's the getting my protein and exerise that's a drag at times.

Great idea Wendy! I have been lax lately and can't seem to find Teacher Karen to pick back up!
Did you say step on anyones toes??? We have all been on the same journey for around a year now.......Tell ya what, If you don't step on our toes, we won't step on your foot! Sorry, I had to!
Anyway, sounds ok with me also! And any of us can feel free to start it, as long as it gets done everyday, I am in agreement.
What are we gonna call it?
