Questions for those taking the b-12. I just started the liquid b-12 yesterday. I drop a day. Does it matter what time you take it along with other vitimans and calcium?

I've been told that it doesn't matter when you take it. I've been going to get B12 shots at Kroger once a month and like that better than sublingual (one less thing i have to remember to take every day). I don't know if you've heard that they can do that or not, but it's really nice and easy. It's a small shot in your arm and it costs $15.

Hi Carla,

No, no restrictions.  The only one is with calcium and iron....never the two shall meet!

I do the sublingual tabs AND a shot at Kroger once a month.  B-12 doesn't go toxic if you take too much, just gets piddled out.
