Well, I asked for my kick in the butt, thanks to all who have replied.  I went to the gym after reading what Tammy said.  Its my choice, and no good excuses!!!!

So, at the gym I did.....
20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph
7 minutes on the elliptical
60 sit ups w/50 lbs resistance
20 minutes on the exercise bike
20 bilateral pull downs w/40 lb of weights

My plan is to do more situps at home tonight, Im heading out to hang out clothes and then going to clean out a chest freezer in the kitchen. 

So, did you move to lose today????

Hey Suze,
You're still welcome to come out and kick my butt.  You know, I dont know why I dont go early every morning, b/c it gives me so much energy, I havent really slowed down since I got home. Mabye Mike just needs to start kicking my butt outta bed every morning and making me go.

Going to pick tomatoes early tomorrow morning, then gonna come back and work out.  I told Mike not to let me come home till I stopped and worked out!!!!

I am SOOOOOO proud of you.  WOW!!!

I have been SOOOO NOT moving lately that it is pathetic. 

I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with the movin thread.  I just haven't BEEN movin.  It's hard to start a thread about exercising every day when you haven't been exercising every day, you know? 

I've been thinking that we should combine our threads like a lot of the boards do anyway.  Just do one Food & Fitness thread?  Does that sound good to everyone? 

Where is Karen BTW?  I noticed Rhonda has been doing the eating thread a couple of times lately and I haven't seen Karen for a few.  Did she say she was going to be away & I just missed it?

Hey Wen,
Not sure about Karen or Rhonda T, but maybe they havent suffered heat exhaustion and are hiding.  Cant blame anyone for hiding in this weather!!!

I didnt move today, got bad sick last night, stomach bug or something, so I was up all night  and other various lovely activites, soooooo, I slept in late today after taking phenergan.
The only moving Ive done is running back and forth to the bathroom most of the morning.  Tomorrow, I will work out. 

I think a combined thread would be wonderful, since we dont have a lot posting on them.  We can combine it!!!

Heading to lay back down, phenergan kicks my butt and not in a good way.  Hope everyone had a good Friday.

I went to the gym and did 30 min areobic toning, 30 minutes Zumba. Than went home and mowed the grass ,that is knee high for about 45 min. Than I just gave out and had to quit. Going to try and finish mowing today.

I truly hope I did not step on anyones toes.....i just hear so many excuses by people at the gym who are there for routine maintenance.....not like us......for instance....a woman came in principal of a local school.....just needs to fim up......not bad looking not too out of shape......she cried and whined and started to get sick to her stomach and quit. I have never wanted to smack someone so bad....she was interfering with my work out and the workout of the 335 pound lady I am working with. Just by her actions it was making my lady friend very uncomfortable.

anyhow, I went to the gym last night

did 1 hour on the elliptical and came home because it was hard to breathe due to the red ozone alert we have.

it is very possible for all of us to work out indoors at home. I have to start this too because somedays I dont want to be in the gym atmosphere....personal reasons...some people do not like me.......because I tell it like it is.

ok so anyhow.....on another note I just enrolled in another fitness and nutrition course that covers another range of info.......

tonight should be some cardio followed by leg exercises.....close to 100 pounds on leg presses.
