What cha eating?......Monday Edition
2 Black Coffee, S/f Non-fata Latte
Roast beef, salad
strawberries, grapes
squash, grilled pork loin, limas, new potatoes (sounds like a bunch but just a couple bites of each
Snack later, mabe some more grapes
Lemonade, u/s tea and water LOTS OF IT TOO!
Breakfast-Grits
Lunch-Nothing (long story)
Dinner-Toasted bologna, cheese, and fresh tomato sandwich, and some steamed potatoes
No snack and lots of U/S tea and crystal lite, and a little diet coke
Taking meds that mess up my tummy and kill my appetite. Maybe a few days, things will be better, but no, today has NOT been good food wise.
AM SHAKE: Chocolate protein powder and Hazelnut Cappuccino (sugar free) mixed with warm water
BREAKFAST: Bowl of cereal
LUNCH: TV Dinner
DINNER: Homemade BBQ deer (like bbq pulled pork sandwhiches but deer instead) it was really good and I spent all day cooking it. I also fried up some okra, tator tots and a few onion rings for my roomie. I had some mashed potatoes with mine.
PM SHAKE: Vanilla protein powder and Wylers Sugar Free Cherry packet mixed with cold water and a spoonful of whip cream in it.
