You know what would be really cool?  If your support group could get together and carpool down and walk with us!  Wouldn't it be neat to have participants from all over AR here?  We could ROCK this place!!! I know your bunch from Dr Roller's office is pretty active with your support group and all, why don't you toss it around?  Let me know. Thanks

When is the walk?  If someone from here comes and I can catch a ride and if I am not swamped with stuff, I'll particicpate.  I'm a hellish walker and can knocked out five miles in nothing flat. Let me know.

Hey Jeannie, The walk is 9/20.  I posted a separate thread with the website and info.  It's only a mile walk, but you can do it as many times as you want to.

I'm game....if anyone would like to join me from this area, let me know. I will post a bulletin when it gets a little later and talk to the girls in the surgeon's office tomorrow. Hopefully Johnny will have his surgery in August and he can attend too. (not that he couldn't if he doesn't, but he probably wouldn't *want* to) I would imagine we need to register...let me know what I need to do!

Ok I can drive after work and stay.....I need the registration info......can u mail it to me? I can sleep on a floor...in a dog bed....kitchen table..... I will do this......its a 2 hour drive....but Gilligans Island was a three hour tour....lol so road trip on sept 19, walk sept 20 and road trip home after er visit sept 20-21....lol i can pm u my mailing address huggs

tabs, since your coming from Marion does that mean you will be hitting 67/167 on your way to little rock (via Bald Knob)?  Which would eventually pass through Searcy?  Hehe Susan do you need anymore help?  What kind of help do you need?  I can slap labels on forms, you can mail me a big old stack of forms and labels and I can stick em on and mail em back.  I can also see about putting some forms up at my local hospital and also my dr's offices and other dr office's as well.  We have a new surgeon in town, Dr. Gibb (not to be confused with Dr. Gibbs, LOL) who does Lap Band and I bet his office would love some forms for their patients!. Just pm me and let me know what needs to be done and I will let you know what I can do.
